1.       SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

Economy (5-10 Business Days): Weight-Based 0 to .06 lb. For $3.99

Economy (5-10 Business Days): Weight-Based .6001 to 1 lb. For $5.99

Economy (5-10 Business Days): Weight-Based 1.001 to 5 lb. For $9.99

Economy (5-10 Business Days): Weight-Based 5.001 lb. and above for $14.99

Economy (5-10 Business Days): Free Shipping on orders over $50.00

2.        PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3 business days (s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 

3.       CANCELLATIONS

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.

4.       RETURNS

5. DELAYED ORDERS 

In the case of delayed processing, customers can cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

 Alfressy is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently only ship to the United States and US territories including:

·       P.O. Boxes

·       All US Military bases, APO/FPO

·       American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
